Seven Points of Mind Training Sunday Oct. 13th 3:30pm to 5pm Open to all

The Seven Point Mind Training is a classic Mind Training text written by Geshe Chekawa Yeshe Dorje (1101–1175).  This was a secret tradition only passed down orally to select disciples until it came to Geshe Chekawa, who wrote it down and began to teach it openly in order to keep the tradition from being lost.  It is a powerful text that reveals methods for generating the two types of awakening mind: relative and absolute.  It also teaches strategies for turning hardships into the path to enlightenment, and especially effective during these degenerating times.
