MSTC-WDC Sunday afternoon classes to start again April 28th, 3:30pm to 5pm with the class, How to Meditate  Open to everyone!

In this class we will talk about the stages of meditation and how to meditate. Wilson Hurley will lead participants in meditation sessions, using mindfulness techniques as well as guided meditations. Wilson will welcome any questions and/or discussions on meditation. Both beginners and regular meditators are welcome to participate.
